Prestige 50 Ergo-Sport is a swivel chair designed on Prestige 30 base with even more comfortable and spacious back that has the same functional possibilities. This swivel chair looks more reliable and presentable.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF SWIVEL CHAIR

  • In-house metal base is used. At the same time, the welding of beams to the base ring is carried out not by the point pattern, but by the complete beams' U-shaped perimeter which increases strength characteristics significantly.
  • An armchair is complemented with high-quality castors. It is also possible to choose rubber-covered castors which provide a smoother motion on lank floor covers.
  • Polyamide is used in production of all plastic details. This material improves strength characteristics greatly owing to content of glass fibre granules which prevent plastic from microcracks.
  • Second-class gaslifts are used whereas most producers use third-class ones.
  • In-house seat plates of modernized construction are used. They increase the loading tolerance of gaslift's vertical fastening axis considerably due to enlarged reinforcement plates and the implementation of clamping (additional thrust element). Regardless of market prices on metal, we use only 2,5mm-thick metal as the one which meets reliability requirements to the highest possible extent.
  • Metal-plastic arm of a seat plate has become much more reliable thanks to enlargement of the area of fastening to the metal bar. Besides, the metal bar itself has been extended which makes adjusting height with a gaslift much handier.
  • Only in-house wooden bases of back and seat are used. These articles are produced using bent-and-glued wood, they discard the problem of cracks of back/seat during exploitation.
  • High-density(22-25 kg/m³) in-house foam sorts which meet haptic and ergonomic demands of consumers are used. Foam is produced on the only plant of vacuum churning of elastic foamed polyurethane in CIS and this qualitatively increases the main characteristics of foam such as density, elasticity and rigidity.
  • An armchair can be complemented with one of three possible types of in-house arms which meet modern ergonomic requirements and are produced with a one-piece moulding method.
  • A wide line of upholstery variants which grant consumer the choice of both color and structure is available. At that, all the upholsteries offered are non-toxic, non-allergic and meet all the requirements of European standards (EN) and abrasion tolerance standard in particular (no less than 40 000 tests).
  • New shapes of in-house plastic cases for back and seat have been introduced in 2003. This made for the increased reliability of details (the crosspiece on the Prestige back case which got broken often is now gone, rounded radius for reduction of concentration of loads in dangerous zones are provided) and maintainability of armchairs (the seat plate is fixed to the plastic case from above and not from below).
  • An armchair meets main ergonomic requirements. In particular, splay front part of a seat doesn't pinch consumer's leg arteries; comfortbale back takes tension off the consumer's neck-bone; arms have a nice-to-touch shagrene surface; armchairs of Ergo and Ergo-Sport series have elements of upholstery raised to provide support for consumer's muscles.
  • Warranty service in the course of 12 months of exploitation is provided.
  • The armchair meets all the requirements of technical and sanitary standards of Ukraine which is confirmed by the adequate proceedings, sertificates and sanitary conclusions.
