Plastic details which are made with the use of glass-nylon composite are produced on in-house automatic thermoplastic machines with the use of exacting forms. Owing to this, a high precision of geometric dimensions is attained as well as a high-qulaity coupling of various elements.
 Only rubber-coated castors are used in all swivel chairs in present collection which substantially increases their convenience in use.
All swivel chairs are complemented with AMF-4 or AMF-5 armsmade of solid polyurethane.
Unique material is used for upholstering. It constitutes a peculiar, upholstering scheme with the use of two layers. The lower one is a special foam of increased rigidity and the upper one is a usual foam. Such scheme increases product's level of comfort significantly and prolongs the use of soft upholstery.
 
In-house polyamide bases are used in present collection for the first time. The bases are produced of special blend of polyamide and glass fiber. Precisely, each granule has fibers of glass that come apart during moulding evenly spreading glass fibers over the product. This ensures the immense (up to 1200 kg) margin of safety because when microcracks appear in plastic, glass fibers still fasten the material keeping the product solid and localizing the microcracks. Bases have an extra margin of safety due to specially counted ribs and soldered metal ring. Bases by APG Holding firmly hold leading positions, even in comparison with western analogues which have a safety margin of 800 kg.

Swivel chair Bridge complited with nonsynchronous mechanism, which allows adjusting the height of a chair, height of a back, back angle and seat angle.
