Almost simultaneously two great events have happened in the world in the middle of 19 th century: in the United States Levis Company began to make trousers of hard cotton fabric (blue jeans), and Michael Tonet (1796-1871) in Europe opened a factory producing bent wood furniture (so called Viennese furniture).

Both events were revolutionary. First of all, the goods were produced to order in one piece or a couple of pieces. They were of elaborate design and really expensive. Few individuals could afford to buy those goods. Jeans and Viennese chair started the era of mass production; since then the industrial production of simple things with moderate prices began having eliminated social barriers - at least on the surface.

Art Metal Furniture LTD produces neither blue jeans, nor Viennese chairs - but we produce affordable modern and comfortable office chairs and armchairs, chairs for bars, restaurants and cafes. Moreover we apply modern technologies and production facilities aimed at minimizing the production expenses making our product affordable for all clients: large and small. The quality of raw goods will not allow you to doubt in reliability and life duration of our products. For the upholstery we use a wide range of high quality foam rubber: standard, high hard, extra hard; high soft, extra soft; extra-elastic (also latex); special marks: for fire doubling with antistatic abilities. The foam rubber has a certificate of safety TUV Rheinland-Toxproof, seven golden medals of contest All-Russian Brand (III Millenium), Quality mark XXI century. The whole range of our products is certified. We issue CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN for each product. Our products underwent the certification in accordance with European standard ISO 9001:2001. There is a modern quality laboratory at the factory which operates as the Production Control Department.

We produce neither Viennese furniture nor jeans but there are some aspects uniting us with European company Tonet, and American company Levis - the production of ergonomic goods fully harmonizing with human body, not restraining any movements and allowing to feel easy and comfortable.
